Caterina was looking for a radical change...

She came to me when she felt she had hit rock bottom which took away all her energy and made her feel dreadful. Ongoing corporate restructurings had left her in a limbo situation for months and the enormous pressure she felt as the sole wage earner weighed heavily on her and her family life. She desperately needed a radical change but felt so much out of balance that she didn’t know where to start. 

Our collaboration helped her to gain clarity about her values and priorities. We took action to restore her inner equilibrium as her unique power space so she would be able to elevate and focus her energy where needed. And despite the doubts she had initially, she managed to test all her new insights in real life right away. It worked! 

As we were progressing together, she applied for her dream job and mastered numerous interview rounds, leaving 500 other applicants behind. With all candidates on the short list being excellently skilled, it was her inspiring energy that made a lasting impression on the hiring manager.
